These terms govern your use of OfflineStatement (the "Service"), operated by Tofu Labs (PT Kodecut Digital Media), Menara Karya 28th Fl, Jl. HR Rasuna Said Block X-5, Kav 1-2, South Jakarta 12950, Indonesia ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them.

The Service

OfflineStatement converts PDF bank statements to spreadsheet files inside your browser. The free tier is available without an account. Paid plans unlock additional features described on the pricing page.

Check your results

Conversion is automated and statement layouts vary. You are responsible for checking converted data against your original statement before relying on it for accounting, tax or any other purpose. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email, and access continues until the end of the paid period.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, attempt to disrupt it, or resell license keys.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
