Are both private?
Yes. ProperConvert converts on your computer, and OfflineStatement converts in your browser. Neither uploads the statement.
Does OfflineStatement work offline?
Yes, after the page has loaded you can disconnect from the internet and it still converts.
Is my statement uploaded?
No. The PDF is read by code running in your browser. There is no server that receives your file, and you can disconnect from the internet after the page loads.
Is it free?
